Recommendation. Solve several exams of Bar-Ilan, then solve some of the Hebrew University, and finally solve some of Tel-Aviv.
The teaching style of Bar-Ilan is closer to that of the HU than to that of TA, this is why the recommended order is as above.
If you have more time, I recommend using it for solving more HU and TA exams, since they are often of higher level of difficulty.
