PET, MRI and SPECT data analysis and modeling in the Nuclear Medicine Dept. of the Hadassah Hospital. Performed Statistical analysis of large neuro-imaging data set in patients with PTSD, schizophrenia or depression.

1997-2000

Analyzed T cell dynamics in autoimmune situations (including IDDM, EAE, HIV). Used networks to explain T cell dynamics.
