Submission Guidelines

Papers should be 6-12 pages in length, including references and figures. Submissions should be made by using BISFAI's easychair web page, at http://www.easychair.org/BISFAI2007/

The important dates are:

Paper Submission:	April 22, 2007
Notification of authors:	May 25, 2007
Final version:	June 1, 2007

System Demonstrations

We also solicit proposals for demonstrations of innovative applications of artificial intelligence; proposals should be up to 2 pages long. Proposals should be made electronically, as a PDF attachment, and sent by email to Gal Kaminka by April 22, 2007. The subject line for the message should read "BISFAI-07 Demo".

Multiple Submissions

As BISFAI is not an archival conference, multiple submissions are permitted. Work that is identical to that previously published in an archival journal, however, will not be accepted.

Special Issue

Full versions of papers may be submitted after the symposium for review for potential publication in the Annals of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence. Of course, if a paper is accepted at an archival conference such as AAAI or IJCAI and also presented at BISFAI, this paper must be substantially revised and/or extended for consideration for journal publication. The BISFAI-07 program, schedule, and abstracts will be available online before the Symposium.
