About BISFAI
BISFAI, the Bar-Ilan Symposium on Foundations of Artificial Intelligence, was established in 1989 by Prof. Martin Golumbic. Since 1989 it has taken place every other year (besides 2003). The symposium focuses on the foundations of AI and has also had specialized themes over the years. World renown AI researchers regularly visit and present at BISFAI. Over the years BISFAI has become the central event of AI happening in Israel.
